Nile Theological College is an institution that offers Theological education to all protestants Churches in both Sudan and South Sudan for many years since its establishment in early nineties 1990s. Currently it exists in both Republic of the Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan. In the Sudan, Arabic is the offcial language of isntrcution, while in South Sudan, English is the official language of instruction.
Currently it operates in the facilities rented from the Ministry of Labour due to lack of facility, because it was operating in Malakal town before the current crisis. After the crisis of 2013 it was brought to juba in 2014 temporally hoping that situation will get better and it will be taken back to Malakal so, currently it remains in Juba and the management is working to have its own place and infrastructures.
What began as a small gathering of students meeting under trees has grown into a thriving academic community, yet our founding spirit remains unchanged. We are a family before we are an institution.
